Financial Analyst
Hybrid schedule: 2 days onsite (Tue/Wed)
Meaningful work in public/nonprofit housing
Competitive pay: $70K–$105K base, DOE
Located near the San Rafael, CA
What you’ll do
Build and analyze operating budgets and financial models
Support asset management, refinancing, and equity transactions
Prepare reports for investors, lenders, and leadership
Track key dates, compliance, and portfolio performance
Assist with CAM charges, HUD budgets, and capital accounts
What you bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field
5+ years experience in financial analysis (housing/real estate preferred)
Strong Excel skills; experience with MRI/Smartsheet a plus
Comfortable working cross-functionally
