Join a mission-driven organization as an Asset Management Analyst, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the financial performance and long-term success of a dynamic real estate portfolio. Reporting to the Director of Asset Management, you will develop and analyze financial models for predevelopment budgets, capital accounts, and property valuations while supporting critical processes such as annual operating budgets, investor and lender reporting, and equity and debt transactions. In this role, you’ll collaborate across departments to build data-driven tools, track key deadlines and compliance requirements, and contribute to applications for funding, grants, and development opportunities. You’ll also prepare CAM estimates, assist with loan administration, maintain property databases, and help drive portfolio analytics and performance insights. Ideal candidates bring a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least five years of experience in finance, real estate, community development, or nonprofit environments, along with strong technical, analytical, and organizational skills. Education – Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Urban or Regional Planning, Environmental Science, Architecture, Economics, and related fields. 2.
