Financial Analyst
Job Summary
The Financial Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes. This role provides critical insights into financial and operational performance, supports decision-making for leadership, and contributes to budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives. The position plays a key role in identifying risks, opportunities, and performance drivers across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Support month-end closing activities by preparing and reviewing financial reports and analyses.
Develop and maintain budgets and forecasts in collaboration with leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Analyze financial and operational results, providing insights, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial drivers to support business performance tracking.
Prepare financial presentations, reports, and dashboards for executive and senior leadership.
Perform variance analysis between actual results, budget, and forecasts.
Support inventory-related financial processes on a monthly and annual basis.
Participate in business planning, investment analysis, and evaluation of strategic initiatives.
Identify efficiencies and support process improvements within financial and operational workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial data and reporting.
Support the development and standardization of financial processes and controlling systems.
Conduct ad hoc financial analysis as requested by leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related analytical roles.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office tools.
Experience with SAP (FI/CO modules) is highly preferred.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
