We’re currently seeking a Financial Analyst to join the team and provide support with financial reporting, accounts payable accuracy, and month-end accounting. This role blends analytical work with hands-on AP and accounting responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
Financial Analysis
- Build financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses
- Analyze costs, spending trends, and vendor financial performance
- Prepare monthly/quarterly reporting and monitor KPIs
Accounts Payable & Vendor Accuracy
- Review and approve invoices, ensuring accurate pricing
- Identify and resolve discrepancies or overbilling
- Improve AP workflows and cost-control processes
Accounting Support
- Prepare journal entries and assist with month-end close
- Reconcile AP activity and support audits
- Ensure compliance with GAAP
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1+ year of financial analysis, accounting, or AP experience
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling)
- Knowledge of GAAP and close processes
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
