Position: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Guaynabo, Puerto Rico
Schedule: Full-time | Exempt
Overview:
The Senior Financial Analyst provides analytical and strategic support to the Financial Planning team and management through financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. This role plays a key part in improving financial performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and analyze P&L projections, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Develop financial models and perform NPV, IRR, sensitivity, and variance analysis.
• Review monthly operational and financial results and communicate insights to management.
• Evaluate capital investment projects and new business opportunities.
• Partner with Accounting and cross-functional teams on journal entries, accruals, and expense allocations.
• Support and lead special financial projects as assigned.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, banking, audit, or finance.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; BI tools experience a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards and/or Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fully bilingual (English & Spanish).
