We are hiring for a Financial Analyst II dedicated to maintaining financial health and delivering exceptional service to internal and external partners. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in ensuring payment accuracy, executing reconciliation processes, and promoting financial best practices across the organization. Responsibilities:
-Review carrier statements to identify payment discrepancies or errors, ensuring plan participants are charged correctly.
-Perform monthly verification and accuracy checks on assigned accounts, following up to report and resolve corrections in a timely manner.
-Independently analyze data and implement strategic processes to achieve accurate financial results.
-Clearly communicate and explain analytical findings to internal and external stakeholders.
-Follow established payment and reconciliation procedures, while remaining adaptable to evolving business needs.
-Partner across departments to support accurate billing practices and financial operations.

Requirements:
-Associate’s degree required; concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of reconciliation processes.
-Advanced Excel skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex financial data.
-Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
-Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to clearly present findings and resolutions.
-Flexible and adaptable to changing procedures and priorities.
