Summary:
The Financial Aid Officer ensures students receive the maximum financial assistance they are eligible for, in compliance with institutional, state, and federal regulations. Delivers high-quality, timely service and works in coordination with office leadership to support institutional development and student retention.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide financial aid guidance and support to students, ensuring understanding of eligibility and application processes.
• Accurately manage student records using Campus Vue and federal systems such as NSLDS and COD.
• Review, receive, and file all required student documents in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure student files are complete with all supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with academic and service departments to support student retention.
• Comply with institutional document retention and filing policies.
• Generate and review financial aid documents and maintain organized records.

Requirements:
• Associate Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in customer service or student services preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and other digital tools.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines and productivity goals.
• Detail-oriented and compliance-driven at all times.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM–6:00 PM / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM / 11:00 AM–8:00 PM) and alternating Saturdays.
