Job Title: Associate Advisor
Location: Onsite (No remote work)
Company: High-End Wealth Management Firm

Overview:
We are a premier wealth management company seeking a motivated and licensed Associate Advisor to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to work closely with senior advisors, gain hands-on experience in financial planning, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

-Input data into planning software and assist with portfolio review meeting preparation.
-Gather product information and support primary advisor in meeting preparation.
-Attend select client meetings as a secondary advisor to take notes, complete dictations, and manage action items.
-Participate in product wholesaler lunch & learns, Advisor Think Tank, and Investment Committee meetings.
-Learn and apply investment management and financial strategies.
-Maintain Servicing Only clients and manage AOE process.
-Handle insurance cases and applications.
-Begin managing client relationships under supervision.

Requirements:

-Must hold Series 7 or Series 66 license.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work in-office (remote work is not available).
-Background check, fingerprinting, and possible drug test required.

Compensation & Benefits:

-Base Salary: $50,000 (first year) + bonus potential up to $78,000
-Health Insurance: Eligible after 60 days; company pays 50% of employee premium.
-401(k): Eligible after 90 days; company matches up to 4%.
-PTO: Eligible after 90 days.
