Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive financial planning, communication, and service.
- Assess client goals, financial circumstances, investment objectives, and risk tolerance to develop tailored strategies.
- Provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, estate planning, and wealth management.
- Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions, client needs, and life changes.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship-building activities.
- Stay current on financial products, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices in financial advising.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.

- Build and manage client financial plans based on goals, risk tolerance, and current financial circumstances.
- Provide investment, retirement, insurance, tax, estate planning, and wealth management guidance.
- Monitor portfolios and recommend strategy adjustments as client needs and market conditions change.
- Develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar financial services role.
- Strong knowledge of financial planning, investment strategies, portfolio management, and wealth management principles.
- Ability to assess client needs and present clear, personalized financial recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to establish, grow, and maintain client relationships.
- Strong professionalism, integrity, judgment, and client-service focus.
- Ability to stay informed on financial products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Series 7 license.
- Series 66 or Series 65 license.
- CFP certification.
- Experience generating new business through referrals, networking, and prospecting.
- Prior experience working in a financial planning, wealth management, or investment advisory environment.
