Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through ongoing financial planning, communication, and advisory support.
- Assess client financial situations, goals, risk tolerance, and life changes to create tailored financial strategies.
- Provide guidance on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and estate planning considerations.
- Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions, financial objectives, and client needs.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, prospecting, and relationship building.
- Stay current on financial products, wealth management strategies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Prior experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar financial services role is required.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in financial services, financial planning, wealth management, or advisory support.
- Strong understanding of financial planning, investment strategies, portfolio management, and wealth management principles.
- Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly to clients.
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to build trust, maintain client relationships, and identify new business opportunities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, attention to detail, and client service orientation.
- Ability to stay informed on market trends, financial products, and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

- Securities licenses such as Series 7, Series 66, or Series 65.
- CFP certification or progress toward a CFP designation.
- Experience with retirement planning, insurance planning, tax strategies, or estate planning.
- Existing client relationship management, referral development, or prospecting experience.
