Seeking a detail-oriented IT/Finance Temporary Coordinator to support its corporate IT department during two concurrent staff absences. This hybrid role blends purchasing coordination and financial/accounting responsibilities, requiring a candidate who is both analytically strong and highly organized. The position is based at Pomona office with in-office days on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Employment Type: Temporary | Pay Rate: Approx. $45/hour | Duration: ASAP through at least November 2026

Key Responsibilities
Finance & Accounting (70%)
Manage the IT budget across corporate and all 21 divisions
Generate monthly financial reports from the ERP system for the CIO
Process IT vendor invoices, including large-scale vendor accounts (e.g., multi-million dollar Microsoft invoices)
Conduct cost-benefit analyses on major IT purchases ranging from $2,000 to $3 million
Allocate Azure virtual machine costs to appropriate departments (marketing, ERP project, mortgage, and 21 divisions) based on server usage
Process AT&T telecom bills (~$100K/month) and allocate costs to divisions for network circuits, Internet connectivity, and firewalls
Track 70–80 telecom circuits monthly, including new activations and disconnections, ensuring billing aligns with circuit activation dates
Submit project address lists for fiber optic contracts with AT&T, Frontier, and Spectrum; generate monthly closed home reports for communities
Create journal entries for wire transfers and coordinate with the Phoenix accounting team for proper allocations

Purchasing Coordination (30%)
Manage equipment orders (laptops, printers, servers) across all 21 divisions through vendor portals
Coordinate with Field Service Administrators at the division level
Track end-of-life equipment and manage vendor relationships, including attending regular vendor meetings

Qualifications

Required:
Strong experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency — pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and IF statements are essential (telecom commission reporting is highly manual)
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle or SAP preferred)
Strong attention to detail; major allocation errors are not acceptable given the financial impact
Ability to work independently and handle reporting and ad hoc projects with minimal supervision
Comfortable with long-term, indefinite temporary assignments; must be willing to pause active full-time job searches

Preferred:
Experience in IT financial reporting, procurement, or vendor management
Familiarity with Azure cost allocation or cloud infrastructure billing
Prior experience in a multi-division or enterprise-level environment
Background working with telecom billing or AT&T/Frontier/Spectrum contracts
