About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Financial Administrator to lead our financial operations and reporting. This pivotal role involves managing an accounting team, overseeing key financial processes (AR/AP/Deductions), ensuring accurate record-keeping, and generating insightful financial reports. You will partner closely with Finance leadership to optimize our financial systems, maintain compliance, and support company-wide initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals.
Manage Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Deductions.
Process and reconcile sales and purchase credits and returns monthly.
Perform monthly reconciliation and closing of general ledger entries.
Collaborate with departments to manage banking information.
Set up, run, and maintain commission calculations.
Establish and manage purchase orders.
Prepare and execute month-end and year-end activities.
Set up vendor and item cards and production Bills of Materials.
Provide backup support for AP/AR and payroll reconciliation.
Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company standards.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field, OR 10+ years of finance experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Business Central (BC).
Ability to establish, maintain, and reconcile accounting systems.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
Negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
Effective collaboration and management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Prior supervisory or managerial experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and PowerBI.
Positive and respectful attitude in a team-oriented environment.
