We are seeking a Financial Accounts Payable Admin for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Las Vegas, NV. Key Responsibilities

- Support accounts payable and financial administrative processes for HOA community association operations.
- Research owner accounts, update records, and maintain accurate account information in accounting systems.
- Process and track deposits, ACH activity, and related financial documentation.
- Prepare and manage correspondence related to owner accounts, payments, and account inquiries.
- Assist with auditing tasks, account reconciliation support, and documentation review.
- Use MS Office tools to organize reports, records, spreadsheets, and administrative workflows.

Compensation and Benefits

- $24.00 to $25.00 per hour.
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Support accounts payable administration, account research, and financial recordkeeping.
- Maintain owner records, process deposits, and update accounting system information.
- Assist with ACH activity, auditing support, correspondence, and documentation accuracy.

- 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or property management administrative experience.
- Experience with ACH processing or ACH-related financial transactions.
- Proficiency with MS Office, including accurate data entry, spreadsheet use, and document management.
- Auditing experience or the ability to review financial records for accuracy and completeness.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, follow-through, and confidentiality.
- Professional communication skills for working with owners, internal teams, and community association contacts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting HOA, community association, property management, residential real estate, or commercial real estate accounting operations.
- Familiarity with owner account research, association dues, deposits, and member correspondence.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, service-focused environment with a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
