Finance Supervisor – San Juan, PR

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 annually
Summary:
The Finance Supervisor supports the Comptroller in managing all aspects of the organization’s financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance. This role ensures accurate financial records and contributes to the financial integrity of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee full accounting cycle and ensure timely financial reporting.
• Support budget development and audit preparation.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.
• Supervise accounting staff and contribute to process improvements.
• Work collaboratively across departments to support financial decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, including team supervision.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial systems.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Detail-oriented, discreet, and analytical.
