We have a client located in Center Valley, PA looking for a Finance Manager to work a contract role. 40 hours a week.
The contract will last 3 - 6 months.
Pay rate is: $63.00/hour
Education: BS degree in accounting/finance/economics/business administration/management or an MBA is required. CPA and/or MBA are strongly preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 6 years of related business/accounting/finance experience is required. Demonstrated ability to use different modeling techniques for consistent results. Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions to analytical problems making use of spreadsheets databases statistical packages and graphics. Comprehensive knowledge of business operations finance and IT systems is a must.
Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills are essential. Must have good analytical and problem-solving skills and be proficient in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint and Excel.

Job Description The primary objective is to support the key strategic initiatives of the businesses. This position will be the key contact person for financial and operational matters for the business, which is a division of Medical Systems Group (MSG) which is responsible for selling and marketing capital equipment and devices. The role will focus on analyzing the financial results and will also be responsible for modeling marketing initiatives. The position will also be responsible for evaluating current business processes as well as recommend develop and implement new processes to improve operational efficiencies and management reporting. This position will work closely with the Business Unit VP.
Job Duties Provide detailed monthly commentary on P&L fluctuations. Review and analyze customer contracts. Provide Marketing with financial support and analysis. Maintain responsibility for the modeling of marketing initiatives. Prepare their business’ annual budget and quarterly forecasts. Facilitate the identification of problem areas and recommend process redesign to promote effective efficient and economic business practices. Analyze business process requirements with information system requirements and capabilities to ensure efficient and effective use of information resources. Work with marketing to ensure projects/programs are financially viable. Develop and generate management reports for marketing and upper management. Analyze the performance of marketing programs and investment strategies. Provide general business analysis including return on investment. Conduct variance analysis statistical analysis and other quantitative and qualitative assessments relating to financial performance. Maintain responsibility for the creation of models/analytics designed to meet the needs of the business. Perform other related duties as assigned.
