We are in search of a Finance Manager with 5+ years of finance experience in hotels or hospitality. Must have strong systems implementation and transaction mapping skills and comfortable working in a small, agile team. This is a contract position for at least 1 year in Frisco, TX.

Pay Rate Up to $57.00-DOE

Key Responsibilities:
Lead hotel finance operations including cost tracking, vendor payments, forecasting, and reporting
Collaborate with digital and tech teams to implement hotel-related IT systems (e.g., reservation, cashless payment, keyless entry)
Manage month-end close processes, journal entries, variance analysis, and reconciliations
Develop and maintain SOPs for hotel financial processes
Present financial insights to leadership and support strategic planning
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data alignment and system integration
Support pre-opening budget tracking and transition from corporate finance teams
Provide input on financial requirements for hotel systems and workflows
Manage and mentor direct reports

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master’s preferred)
5+ years of finance experience, ideally with 3+ years in hotel/hospitality finance
Strong forecasting, budgeting, and analytical skills
Advanced Excel and familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics tools
Experience with hotel system implementation or opening a new hotel is a plus
Strong communication skills and ability to present to executive leadership
Willingness to travel domestically as needed
Consistent attendance and ability to work on-site preferred
