Finance Director – Global Operations
AppleOne is partnering with a leading organization to recruit an experienced Finance Director to oversee and guide its global financial operations. This senior leadership role is ideal for a seasoned financial professional with deep international expertise, bilingual capability, and the ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple regions.
Position Summary
The Director of Finance provides strategic financial leadership across the company’s global footprint. This role is responsible for international financial planning, regulatory compliance, risk management, and cross border financial operations. The ideal candidate excels in complex, multinational environments and plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s long term growth strategy in international markets.

Key Responsibilities
Global Financial Leadership
• Develop and implement financial strategies that support global operations, international expansion, and long term profitability.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across all international markets.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in accordance with global accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
Risk & Compliance Management
• Manage financial risks, including foreign exchange exposure, international tax implications, and regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls and financial governance worldwide.
Team & Operational Leadership
• Lead, mentor, and collaborate with regional finance teams to promote consistency, best practices, and operational efficiency.
• Partner with executive leadership to deliver high level insights and data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making.


Strategic Initiatives
• Support mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other international business development efforts.
• Contribute to global strategic planning and provide guidance on financial implications of international initiatives.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish required.
• Extensive experience in international finance, global accounting practices, and financial leadership.
• Proven ability to manage multinational financial operations and lead cross border teams.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, international tax regulations, and foreign currency management.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated success working within multicultural and multinational business environments.
