Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 7:30 AM-6:00 PM (4-10s schedule, No Fridays)
(Some flexibility with start time may be possible during the temporary period; however, once converted to permanent, employees will be expected to follow the standard office schedule.)

Job Overview
We are seeking a Finance Associate to support the accounting team with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and experience handling financial transactions, particularly within property management environments.

Key Responsibilities
-Process Accounts Payable invoices, averaging approximately 25 invoice payments per week
-Manage Accounts Receivable for tenant payments, primarily through electronic payment systems
-Occasionally process tenant check payments when applicable
-Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of transactions
-Assist with payment tracking and account reconciliation as needed
-Communicate with internal teams and tenants regarding payment inquiries
-Support general accounting and administrative tasks within the finance department

Qualifications
- 2 to3 years of Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience
-Property management accounting experience strongly preferred
-Familiarity with Yardi software preferred (not required)
-Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a structured environment
