Field Service Technician – Growth Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair marine power conversion equipment (3-phase/single-phase systems and high-voltage power systems).
Provide exceptional customer service while managing service requests and technical inquiries.
Train customers on safe operation and maintenance of equipment.
Maintain accurate service records and collaborate with internal teams for process improvements.
Identify and refer potential sales opportunities to the sales team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prominent clients, ensuring superior service and satisfaction.
Travel up to 50% (domestic and international) with company-sponsored arrangements.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience with electrical systems and high-voltage three-phase power.
Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in English.
Must be excellent at working with prominent clients and delivering a premium service experience.
Valid driver’s license and U.S. Passport (or ability to obtain).
Highly safety-conscious and adaptable to changing schedules.
Navy experience with A and C School training is highly desirable.
Preferred Background
Associate degree in electronics or equivalent technical training (trade school or military).
Experience in marine or industrial power systems.
Comfortable with heavy lifting (up to 90 lbs) and working in confined spaces.
