Join our team as a Factory-Authorized Field Service Technician and become a crucial part of servicing specialty restaurant equipment for esteemed customers including McDonald's, Costco, Dutch Bros Coffee, Wendy's, and Hops n’ Drops, among others. This role involves working on both hot and cold side equipment, utilizing a computerized dispatch system and GPS for maximum efficiency. As a technician, you'll engage daily with a dedicated and growing team, benefit from specialized training, and embark on a path that promotes skill enhancement and career growth within the company. What You Bring to the Table:

-At least 2 years of experience in refrigeration, appliance repair, kitchen equipment, HVAC, or similar fields, including relevant military experience.
-A valid enhanced driver’s license with a clean motor vehicle record.
-Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.

Your Capabilities:
-Physical ability to kneel, bend, push, pull, and occasionally lift/carry up to 70 pounds.
-Comfort working in various conditions with mechanical parts, pressurized and heated equipment, and in confined spaces.
-Skilled in operating a company truck and trailer, with the ability to securely park the service truck at home.
-Professional demeanor, non-smoking work environment compliance, and readiness to join on-call rotations, including nights, weekends, and some travel.
