Immediate need for field service technician seeking competitive compensation plus quarterly incentive , generous holiday bonus and 401(k) retirement plan with company match. A leading CNC machinery service provider is seeking an experienced Field Service Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and repair of advanced CNC equipment at customer sites throughout Arizona. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys troubleshooting complex machinery, working independently in the field, and delivering high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities
Service, maintain, and repair complex CNC machines, including up to 5-Axis systems
Perform machine leveling, alignment, installation, and commissioning
Execute preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, electronic, pneumatic, mechanical, and software systems

Respond with urgency to machine-down conditions
Accurately document service actions, findings, and repairs
Communicate effectively with customers, internal teams, and external vendors
Provide customer updates, arrival notifications, and service close-outs
Maintain high standards for safety, quality, and workmanship
Stay current on new procedures, technology, and training requirements
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, parts, and company equipment

Requirements
Valid driver’s license
3+ years of experience servicing CNC machinery, including:
CNC Mills & Lathes, HAAS, Matsuura, Makino, Okuma (or similar)
Experience with OEM controllers (FANUC, HAAS)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and safety procedures
High school diploma or GED
Matsuura CNC experience is a plus
