Looking for a Field Service Technician
Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing company and customer equipment at facilities, customer sites, and partner locations. Provides technical assistance, completes required service reports, and ensures compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to service requests, assess equipment issues, and recommend repair solutions.
Perform shop and field service repairs, including hands-on troubleshooting and spare parts research/recommendations.
Provide technical support to internal teams and external customers in person or by phone.
Coordinate service requests with supervisors and relevant departments.
Maintain technical manuals, service records, and compliance documentation.
Ensure adherence to company operating, safety, and quality procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
High school diploma required; Associate’s Degree in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic field preferred.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair.
Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong communication skills with ability to interpret technical diagrams and instructions.
Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and travel up to 80% (domestic and international). Must hold valid passport and driver’s license.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks (standing, kneeling, climbing, operating equipment).

Ensure efficient, cost-effective service and repairs that maximize equipment uptime, minimize operating costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
