Field Service Technician – $37.60–$45.07/hr DOE

We're looking for a skilled Field Service/Yard Technician to support operations across Idaho. In this dynamic, hands-on role, you’ll perform diagnostics, repairs, and component installs on crushing, screening, shredding, and conveying equipment—both in the field and at the yard.
What You’ll Do:
Troubleshoot and repair all makes and models of crushing/screening/shredding/conveying equipment
Perform disassembly, inspection, diagnostics, and general line repair
Work independently on job sites, maintaining a high standard of safety and service
Accurately follow TRACK/Tyfoom safety practices in all tasks
Keep your Rapid Response truck and company tools/equipment maintained and ready
What We’re Looking For:
Hands-on experience in equipment repair (journeyman-level not required)
Strong knowledge of crushing equipment systems/components
Excellent work ethic, self-motivated, and safety-minded
Clean driving record (no more than one moving violation)
Willingness to travel out of town and work overtime/weekends as needed
Ability to obtain and maintain MSHA clearance
