Job Summary
We are seeking a Field Service Scheduler for a direct hire opportunity in Tempe, AZ. The Field Service Scheduler will play a key role in daily service operations by routing technicians efficiently, communicating with customers, and ensuring service calls are completed quickly and professionally. Key Responsibilities
- Schedule field service technicians and manage daily service appointments to support timely customer response.
- Route each technician’s schedule in a geographically efficient manner to improve productivity and service completion.
- Answer customer phone calls, emails, and website service requests while providing courteous and professional support.
- Follow up with customers after service calls to confirm satisfaction and address any remaining needs.
- Provide technicians with accurate job details, including directions, service history, customer information, and equipment details.
- Maintain current technician location and job status while proactively resolving schedule changes or service issues.
Compensation and Benefits
- Direct hire opportunity.
- Salary range: $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Schedule and dispatch field service technicians for daily customer service appointments.
- Build efficient technician routes based on geography, urgency, availability, and customer needs.
- Communicate with customers through phone, email, website requests, and CRM tools.
- Track technician status and provide job information needed to complete service work.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience preferred.
- Experience scheduling field technicians, service technicians, delivery teams, or mobile field staff.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with customers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to use email, CRM systems, and service scheduling platforms effectively.
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize, think quickly, and solve problems in a fast-paced service environment.
- Excellent customer service personality with a proactive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Respect for a positive work environment, teamwork, and professional customer care.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, delivery, equipment service, manufacturing service, or similar field service environments.
- Experience using field service scheduling software such as ServiceMax, ServiceTitan, FieldCamp, MSI Data, FSM, Delta Sales, FieldAware, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce, especially Salesforce Field Service Management, is a strong plus.
