Schedule & Work Environment
• Typical Hours: Monday–Friday, Schedules range between 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM PT, with occasional weekend events (especially for military-focused outreach).
• Morning Routine: Team meetings, lead planning, and follow-up calls.
• Afternoon Focus: Fieldwork from 3:30 PM – 7:30 PM, engaging with prospects and closing sales.
• Physical Requirements: Walking, stair climbing, and navigating various terrains for extended periods.
Residential Sales Executive – High-Earning Potential | Full-Time
Location: Pacific Northwest Region
Compensation:
• Base Salary: $40,000
• Target Commission: $40,000 annually
• On-Target Earnings (OTE): $67,000 – $80,000
• Top Performers: $120,000+ annually

What You’ll Do
• Drive Results: Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas by engaging with residential customers in assigned neighborhoods, apartment complexes, and condos.
• Daily Outreach: Knock on approximately 65 doors per day, aiming for at least 15 meaningful conversations that lead to new customer sign-ups.
• Customer Engagement: Build rapport quickly, understand customer needs, and tailor your pitch to offer the best internet solution.
• Territory Management: Use a company-provided tablet and CRM system to plan your route, track leads, and manage follow-ups.
• Sales Cycle Ownership: From initial contact to scheduling installation and post-installation follow-up, you’ll own the full customer journey.
What You Bring
• 6+ months of sales experience or prior military service
• Reliable year-round transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
• Ability to pass background checks and meet local permitting requirements
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong interpersonal skills and a go-getter attitude
Flexible Strategy: Prioritize high-speed eligible homes for higher commissions or target high-density buildings for volume.
Training & Onboarding
• First 2 Weeks: Paid training covering product knowledge, market positioning, sales techniques, and field shadowing.
• Tools Provided: Tablet with CRM access, sales materials, and ongoing coaching.
