We are seeking an experienced Family Law Paralegal to join our busy Orlando office. As a Family Law Paralegal, you’ll play a key role in supporting attorneys, managing case files, and directly interacting with clients in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
The ideal Family Law Paralegal will have at least 3 years of experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle financial documents like tax returns and bank statements. A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
Key Responsibilities of the Family Law Paralegal:
Draft and e-file pleadings, discovery, and legal correspondence
Manage attorney calendars and schedule mediations, hearings, and trials
Prepare financial affidavits, child support guidelines, and equitable distribution worksheets
Organize trial notebooks and support attorneys in hearings and depositions
Track and bill own time daily
