Family Law Attorney – Downtown Orlando Compensation: $80,000 – $120,000 annually (DOE) . The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated Family Law Attorney to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled litigator to grow in a supportive and collaborative environment. While most work will be performed in the office, occasional remote flexibility is available. Responsibilities • Represent clients in family law matters, including contested and uncontested dissolutions of marriage, paternity, post-dissolution actions, domestic violence cases, child support, alimony, and timesharing. • Develop and execute effective litigation strategies, representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions. • Conduct legal research and draft comprehensive pleadings, motions, and briefs. • Negotiate settlements with professionalism and integrity. • Manage a diverse caseload while meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations. • Build strong client relationships with empathy, understanding, and exceptional service. Qualifications • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar. • Minimum 1 year of litigation and courtroom experience (2+ years in family law preferred). • Strong written, verbal, and courtroom communication skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in case management. • Proficiency in legal research and writing.
