Position: Family Law Attorney

Location: Downtown Orlando, FL

Key Responsibilities

Represent clients in a broad range of family law matters, including:

Contested and uncontested dissolutions of marriage

Paternity and post-dissolution cases

Domestic violence injunctions

Child support, alimony, and timesharing disputes

Develop and execute effective litigation strategies with a focus on client-centered outcomes.

Prepare persuasive legal documents, motions, and briefs through comprehensive legal research.

Advocate for clients in court hearings, mediations, and depositions.

Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients to guide them through emotionally challenging situations.

Efficiently manage a diverse caseload while maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Foster long-term client relationships built on trust, empathy, and results.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Active and in good standing with the Florida Bar.

Minimum 2 years of experience in family law litigation.

Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.

Strong courtroom presence and persuasive oral advocacy skills.

Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.

Compassionate approach to handling sensitive family law issues.
