Family Law Attorney

Location: Orlando, FL 32801
Salary: $80,000 – $100,000 (based on experience)
Schedule: Primarily in-office with occasional remote flexibility

We are seeking a Family Law Attorney to join our established Orlando practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation experience to build their career in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities
Represent clients in all areas of family law, including divorces, paternity matters, post-dissolution actions, domestic violence cases, child support, alimony, and timesharing.
Develop litigation strategies and advocate effectively in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions.
Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
Negotiate settlements while maintaining the highest ethical standards.
Manage a diverse caseload efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met and clients receive exceptional service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on empathy and professionalism.

Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.
At least 1 year of litigation and courtroom experience (2+ years in family law preferred).
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic.
Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: $80,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience; $80,000–$85,000 for entry-level).
