We are urgently looking for a Factory Manager responsible for end-to-end oversight of manufacturing, integration, testing, quality control, logistics, and workforce management. This Factory Manager will lead our server and rack integration facility and bring a strong background in data center hardware assembly or related electro-mechanical integration environments, combined with proven leadership skills in high-mix, fast-paced operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily factory operations and ensure on-time, accurate delivery of customer-configured products.
- Lead continuous improvement efforts using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
- Supervise and develop managers, supervisors, and production staff; maintain a safe and inclusive workplace.
- Partner with planning, engineering, and supply chain teams to optimize throughput and meet customer deadlines.
- Oversee quality control processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Manage factory layout, equipment maintenance, and facility readiness; support capital improvement projects.
- Enforce OSHA, ESD, and all regulatory safety standards.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in electronics manufacturing, hardware integration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of server, networking, and data center hardware.
- Bilingual in Chinese and English (written and spoken).
- Proven experience managing factory operations in a high-mix, high-volume environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in ERP systems, production planning tools, and manufacturing metrics.
- Experience working with hyperscaler, OEM, or enterprise-level IT hardware a plus.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems a plus.
- Prior background in rack-level integration, burn-in testing, and logistics coordination a plus.
