Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades across assigned facilities and building systems.
- Troubleshoot and complete HVAC maintenance tasks to support reliable climate control and building comfort.
- Maintain and repair plumbing, irrigation, and related facility systems as needed.
- Support maintenance needs for aquatics areas, including equipment checks, water system support, and general upkeep.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely, professional manner while prioritizing safety and operational continuity.
- Document completed work, identify recurring issues, and communicate repair needs or improvement recommendations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Direct hire, full-time position.

Additional Skills

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Manage preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upgrades.
- Support HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Perform plumbing, irrigation, and general facility repair work.
- Help maintain aquatics-related facility systems and equipment.

- 6 to 10 years of relevant facility maintenance, building maintenance, or related hands-on experience.
- Experience with HVAC maintenance in a commercial, institutional, campus, or similar environment.
- Experience performing plumbing and/or irrigation-related repairs.
- Ability to maintain safe, clean, and functional facilities while responding effectively to maintenance priorities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and complete practical repairs.
- Dependable, service-oriented professional with strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

- CPO certification.
- Experience maintaining an aquatics area, pool systems, or related water facility equipment.
- Prior experience in an education, campus, nonprofit, or institutional facilities environment.
