We are hiring a Facility Contractor Coordinator to support daily facility operations at a busy onsite location in Irving, TX. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage work orders, vendors, and data tracking in a fast-paced environment.
You will be the primary point of contact for all facilities-related needs, making this a highly visible and impactful role.
What You’ll Do:
?Manage the full lifecycle of work orders (open, track, update, close)
?Act as the onsite liaison for all facilities requests
?Coordinate with third-party vendors and service providers
?Review and validate vendor timecards and timesheets
?Enter and maintain accurate cost tracking and reporting data (Excel)
?Create purchase requisitions for maintenance materials and supplies
?Deliver exceptional customer service across all internal teams
What You Bring:
? 4+ years of Business/Administrative experience (required)
? Experience with work order systems or service management tools
? Strong Excel skills (data entry, tracking, basic reporting)
? Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines
? Excellent communication and customer service skills
Highly Preferred
? Facilities, maintenance, or property management experience
? Experience working with vendors or contractors

Education
🎓 High School Diploma or GED required
