The Facility Contractor Coordinator is responsible for receiving, reviewing, and routing Facilities Service Requests while providing administrative and coordination support to the Facilities Department. This role ensures accurate record keeping, effective communication, and seamless coordination with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Receive and relay all requests for facility or equipment repairs to the appropriate personnel
•Review, record, and process purchase requests for the Facilities Department
Maintain expenditure records and department-related documentation
• Maintain files of approved contract purchase orders, including service contracts for onsite third-party services
• Review invoices and timecards for accuracy related to onsite third-party services
• Schedule and coordinate various site services
• Collect, issue, and track facility keys; maintain key control records
• Coordinate with internal and external suppliers to ensure required services are completed and materials are received
• Perform Facilities Department secretarial duties and provide general administrative support
