Facilities Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician to help keep our buildings safe, comfortable, and running smoothly. In this hands-on role, you’ll perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support repairs across building systems that people rely on every day.
What You’ll Do
Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues
Install, repair, and replace fixtures, equipment, and building components
Maintain accurate maintenance records and service schedules
Coordinate with contractors and vendors as needed
Ensure all work meets safety codes, regulations, and OSHA standards
Assist with facility projects and emergency response situations
