We are seeking an experienced Facilities Supervisor for a direct hire opportunity in a manufacturing environment in Anasco, PR. This role is ideal for a hands-on facilities and maintenance leader with strong mechanical, utilities, and building operations experience who can guide technical teams, support safe and reliable operations, and drive continuous improvement across facility services.
The Facilities Supervisor will oversee maintenance activities, utility services, repairs, inspections, supplier coordination, and preventive maintenance programs. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise facility services, utilities, repairs, maintenance activities, and building operations for assigned areas.
- Lead daily work for HVAC Technicians, Electricians, Mechanics, and Handyman teams to ensure productivity, quality, and safe execution of work.
- Develop, manage, and support preventive maintenance programs for facility systems, utilities, equipment, and related services.
- Conduct periodic facility inspections, evaluate equipment and property conditions, and coordinate needed repairs or corrective actions.
- Manage supplier relationships, contract compliance, service documentation, work orders, proposals, invoices, and special projects.
- Identify facility improvement opportunities, support energy efficiency initiatives, and maintain strong customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up.
-Supervise facility operations, maintenance services, utilities, repairs, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Lead technical teams including HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and general maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate inspections, service schedules, supplier activities, work orders, and special facility projects.
- Support safety compliance, operational standards, customer satisfaction, and facility improvement initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $60,000 to $75,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities management, maintenance, utilities, or a related operational area.
- Experience managing technical teams and coordinating maintenance activities in a manufacturing, industrial, or similar environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of facility operations, utilities, building maintenance, and preventive maintenance practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and computer-based work management systems.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, both oral and written.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Customer-focused mindset with strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related technical discipline.
- Experience supporting manufacturing facility operations.
- Experience identifying and implementing energy efficiency or facility improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing supplier relationships, contract compliance, and special projects.
