Location: Milwaukee, WI 53203
Pay Rate: $18/hr
Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM | 1-hour lunch

We’re seeking a reliable and energetic Facilities Specialist to support building operations, conference room setups, light maintenance, and office moves. This is a physical, hands-on role that involves lifting, walking, bending, and standing for long periods.

Key Duties:
-Set up conference rooms (furniture, AV equipment)
-Perform building inspections and minor repairs
-Move furniture, boxes, fixtures; deliver keys and packages
-Keep storage areas organized and assist with inter-office moves
-Support general office needs and facility service requests

Requirements:
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Valid driver’s license (no driving required for job duties)
-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stay on feet throughout shift
-Excellent customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
-Professional appearance: black polo, khakis
-PC literacy and basic office skills

This is a fast-paced, active position best suited for a self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude. Garage parking available.
