Role: Maintenance Tech II (Level III)
Pay: $31.05/hour
Assignment: ASAP – 05/08/2027
Location: 802 Avenue J East, Grand Prairie, TX
Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
What you'll do:
• Maintain, repair, and service facility systems.
• Perform skilled maintenance and repair work on mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Apply maintenance methods, practices, and techniques to ensure facilities and equipment operate efficiently.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and address recurring issues with machinery, equipment, and related components.
• Conduct periodic inspections and evaluate repair requests.
• Ensure facility systems are maintained in a safe and reliable manner.
• Report to the Repair & Maintenance Supervisor as needed.
Requirements:
• 5–7 years of facility maintenance experience.
• High level of skill in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience identifying and resolving recurring equipment and facility issues.
• Ability to conduct inspections and assess maintenance and repair needs.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
