Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a dependable and hands-on Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations and upkeep of our workspace. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of technical maintenance, organization, and teamwork, while taking pride in maintaining a safe and efficient environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and minor repairs
Inspect the facility regularly to ensure lighting, exit signs, and overall conditions meet standards
Replace lighting and complete repairs safely, including use of ladders when needed
Set up workstations, offices, and conference spaces for employees and meetings
Prepare and reset conference areas, including arranging furniture and clearing materials
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and escort them onsite as needed
Maintain communication through a ticketing system and professional email correspondence
Assist with custodial duties as needed to maintain cleanliness and organization
Perform routine upkeep such as lubricating hinges and completing minor paint touch-ups
Operate company vehicles, including a 26 ft. box truck, when required
What We’re Looking For
Experience in electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to write professional emails
Comfortable using a service desk or ticketing system
Valid driver’s license and ability to operate company vehicles, including a box truck
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Good communication and organizational skills
