Now Hiring: Facilities Maintenance Technician
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facilities Maintenance Technician to support the day-to-day operations and upkeep of our facility. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. You’ll play a key part in maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-functioning environment.
Role Overview
In this position, you will perform scheduled preventive maintenance, complete work orders, manage supplies and parts procurement, and ensure accurate reporting of facility operations. Your contributions will help maintain operational efficiency and overall facility readiness.
Key Responsibilities
Preventive & Corrective Maintenance
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly facility maintenance tasks
Assist with departmental maintenance initiatives and projects
Work Orders
Complete assigned work orders accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with conference room setup and related support
Parts & Materials Procurement
Monitor and replenish janitorial and maintenance supplies
Procure necessary repair parts, including plumbing components and other materials
Support administrative needs by sourcing required supplies
Reporting & Communication
Maintain reports on capacity and task completion
Communicate progress, updates, and outstanding issues
Submit and track service requests through internal systems
Additional Responsibilities
Provide front desk coverage as needed
Coordinate with vendors, including scheduling and facilitating access
Participate in an on-call rotation
