This Facilities Maintenance Support Position Features:
Building repairs and maintenance.
Operates power broom and vacuum to remove trash, leaves, dust, etc. from assigned area within complex.
Uses rakes, mowers, shovels, and saws to maintain appearance of outside growth.
Operates various equipment to remove snow and ice.
Assisting the Maintenance Supervisor with other Facilities related duties.
Coordinating with Facilities personnel as well as outside vendors and contractors.
Maintains an ongoing dialogue and working relationship with staff from other departments to ensure facilities needs and problems are quickly communicated, identified, and resolved.
