Facilities Maintenance Supervisor
Ventura, Ca | 6:00am - 2:30pm Full-Time

We’re hiring a Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day maintenance and support production in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. You’ll manage equipment upkeep, handle repairs, track calibrations, and keep things running smoothly while making sure we meet safety and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform and oversee maintenance on shop and production equipment
• Troubleshoot issues, make repairs, and improve equipment performance
• Maintain cleanroom standards (pressure checks, filter changes, etc.)
• Track calibrations and coordinate service with vendors
• Supervise maintenance staff and work with other departments
• Support facility upgrades and process improvements

What You Bring:
• Strong mechanical skills and hands-on experience
• Background in cleanroom or regulated manufacturing a plus
• Ability to read schematics and follow procedures
• Comfortable leading a team and juggling tasks
• Proficient with tools, MS Office, and documentation
