District Manager Role
* Oversees facilities and on-site managers
* Maintenance or Construction Background or working Knowledge
* Conducts walkthroughs, mini audits, and account reviews
* Significant walking; occasional ladder and roof access
* Selects and manages vendors
* Handles minor maintenance issues (e.g., printers, light bulbs)
* Requires basic maintenance, construction, or facilities experience
* Uses web based apps, email, camera systems, and other technical tools
* In office 2-3 days per week/at local facilities or remote 1-2 days a week
* Ongoing training and out-of-state conferences provided
* Supervises 2 direct reports
California (3 locations):
* Oxnard
* Port Hueneme
* Big Bear
Nevada (3 locations):
* North Las Vegas
* SW Las Vegas (2 locations)
Travel Expectations:
Travel required approximately (4 days per month)
* Oxnard & Port Hueneme: 1 day
* Big Bear: 1 day
* Las Vegas: 1–2 days (overnight)
* Travel expenses covered (flight and rental paid for by company and mileage reimbursement)
