We’re looking for an energetic and outgoing Facilities Coordinator with a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing excellent service. This role is key in creating a warm and professional environment for clients, staff, and visitors across multiple work sites. Pay Rate: $21.00 – $22.50/hr
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: 600 Brickell Avenue, Suite 1500, Miami, FL 33131 (Multiple locations between Miami & Ft. Lauderdale)
Dress Code: Business Casual
Driving Required: Yes – must be flexible to travel between Miami and Ft. Lauderdale job sites (parking provided)

Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and check in visitors, provide badges, validate parking
• Manage reception area and monitor incoming facility requests
• Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate catering for meetings and events
• Provide occasional mailroom and administrative support
• Assist with company events, team functions, and executive meetings
• Handle light lifting (up to 25 lbs., with assistance as needed)
• Travel between multiple job sites (Miami & Ft. Lauderdale)
• Represent both client and Ricoh cultures in a polished and professional manner

Preferred Background & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1–3 years of experience in a similar reception, hospitality, or office support role
• Experience in legal or corporate office settings preferred
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and A/V equipment
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced environment
