We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator/Admin to support daily office operations and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving, and delivering excellent workplace experiences.
Location-Floater between Franklin, TN location and Nashville, TN. Location
Pay rate- $18-$20/hr
Schedule-M-F 8am-5pm
Key Responsibilities
Workplace Support
• Provide backup reception coverage and general office support
• Open, track, and close maintenance requests using ServiceNow
• Perform daily office walkthroughs to identify cleaning, safety, and repair needs
• Coordinate vendors and maintain maintenance documentation
• Maintain kitchens, pantries, and common areas; restock supplies and coordinate repairs
• Assist with special projects as assigned
Moves, Furniture & Space Setup
• Support employee office moves, including furniture and personal items
• Install nameplates, distribute keys, and prepare workspaces
• Assist with furniture delivery, installation, repair, and removal
• Perform light maintenance (assembling furniture, hanging items, rearranging office layouts)
Event & Meeting Support
• Assist with executive meetings and company events
• Set up rooms, tables, chairs, staging, and equipment
• Support food and beverage setup
Safety & Cleanliness
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
• Ensure hallways and work areas are clear of debris
• Report cleaning and maintenance needs promptly
Technical Support
• Assist with mounting TVs, speakers, and basic AV equipment
Qualifications
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
• General facilities or maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lift required for heavier items)
• Familiarity with building procedures and workplace operations
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work overtime on short notice when needed
• Self-starter with a proactive, flexible, and team-oriented mindset
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and critical thinking abilities
Preferred (Not Required):
• Hospitality experience
• Maintenance experience
• Experience in the entertainment industry
