Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily facility operations, maintenance requests, repairs, and service scheduling.
- Communicate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
- Monitor facility conditions, office supplies, workspace needs, and general operational support requirements.
- Help ensure compliance with safety standards, workplace procedures, and facility-related regulations.
- Support space allocation, equipment needs, and employee facility-related requests.
- Maintain accurate records related to maintenance activity, vendor services, supplies, and facility projects.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $40,000 to $50,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Coordinate facility maintenance, repairs, vendor services, and daily workplace support.
- Support safety compliance, facility readiness, and operational efficiency.
- Manage supply monitoring, space allocation needs, and employee facility requests.
- Track service activity, maintenance schedules, and facility-related documentation.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant facilities coordination, operations support, maintenance coordination, or related experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating vendors, service providers, repairs, and maintenance schedules.
- Working knowledge of workplace safety practices and facility compliance expectations.
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up skills, and commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to support employees, vendors, and internal operations teams professionally.
- Ability to identify facility issues, escalate concerns appropriately, and help drive timely solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or operations-based environment.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance scheduling, facility inspections, and vendor management processes.
- Experience using maintenance tracking systems, work order tools, spreadsheets, or basic office software.
- Ability to support continuous improvement efforts related to facility efficiency, safety, and workplace organization.
