This Facilities Coordinator Position Features:
• Temporary Position (One Year with possibility of extension)
• Irving, TX
• Mon-Fri 8am to 4:30pm
• Pay $23.50/hr

Our Client Pharmaceutical Manufacturing partner is seeking a Facility Coordinator to support their Irving, TX location. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, reliable, and enjoys keeping facilities operating smoothly in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do:
As a Facility Coordinator, you’ll help ensure the site remains safe, efficient, and well maintained. Responsibilities include:

Coordinate day-to-day facility operations and building support needs
Act as a primary point of contact for vendors, contractors, and internal teams
Manage work orders, preventative maintenance, and general repairs
Support office moves, space planning, and workspace setup
Assist with safety, security, and compliance requirements
Track invoices, contracts, and facility documentation
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience in facilities coordination, office management, or a related role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Comfortable working with vendors and cross-functional teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting

Nice to Have:

Experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, lab, or corporate office environments
Familiarity with CMMS or work order tracking systems
Basic knowledge of building operations, safety, or compliance standards
