Large engineering services company located in Midtown Manhattan is seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator to support their office.

Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the New York City office to ensure a smooth, efficient workplace
- Provide administrative support, project coordination, and facilities-related assistance as part of Real Estate Operations
- Serve as a welcoming first point of contact by providing reception and front desk services
- Assist internal teams with office and facilities-related requests in a timely, service-oriented manner
- Support meetings and events, including room setup, breakdown, and ongoing meeting assistance
- Maintain office appearance, cleanliness, and functionality
- Support front office security, including monitoring security badges and access
- Respond to facilities management tasks and issues as they arise
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
- Support the local Facilities Lead with ongoing projects and daily operations
- Help manage subtenant spaces and respond to related requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality workplace support in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused and administrative role
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on-site in New York City, NY
