Fabrication Technician
-Location: Camarillo, CA
-Pay: $22-26/hr DOE
-Shift: 2nd shift

-We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fabrication Technician to join our team. In this role, you will fabricate and assemble plastic components such as bottles, tanks, tubing, and related products. This position involves hands-on work including welding, bonding, bending, and cutting materials to meet customer specifications and quality standards.

-What You’ll Do:
• ? Fabricate and assemble plastic components and finished products
• ? Perform welding, bonding, bending, and cutting tasks
• ? Read and follow blueprints, bills of materials (BoMs), and work instructions
• ? Use fabrication equipment including plastic welders, mills, drill presses, saws, and lathes
• ? Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications

-What We’re Looking For:
• ? High school diploma or GED (technical training or certifications a plus)
• ? 4+ years of related fabrication or manufacturing experience (or equivalent combination)
• ? Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of blueprints and quality documentation
• ? Solid math skills (percentages, area, volume, basic geometry)
• ? Excellent attention to detail and precision
• ? Strong communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions
