Fabrication Technician
-Location: Camarillo, CA
-Shift: 1st shift
-Pay: $20-24/hr DOE

-Key Responsibilities
• Follow work instructions, layouts, and fabrication plans.
• Measure and inspect parts using calipers, tape measures, and rulers.
• Set up parts using jigs, fixtures, and clamps.
• Cut, bend, and prepare materials according to work orders.
• Operate fabrication equipment such as saws, drill presses, mills, lathes, tubing benders, and welding equipment.
• Assemble, bond, or weld components to specification.
• Perform quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards.
• Clean finished products following approved procedures.
• Test completed products and accurately document results.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Follow all safety guidelines and support team productivity.
• Perform other duties as needed.

-Qualifications
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems, blueprints, and work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Experience using hand tools and precision measuring tools.
• Basic math skills.
• High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Technical training or certification in fabrication, machining, or welding is a plus.
