Fabric Inspector – Textile Manufacturing (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Lake Elsinore, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay: $17.50–$19.50 per hour (DOE)
A well-established aerospace textile manufacturing company in Lake Elsinore is seeking a detail-oriented Fabric Inspector to join their production team. This company specializes in producing high-quality, precision-engineered textile components used in aviation and related industries. They are growing and looking for reliable individuals interested in becoming long-term team members.
Position Overview:
The Fabric Inspector will be responsible for evaluating fabric pieces for quality and accuracy before they are sent to the sewing department. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in textiles, garment production, quality control, or similar hands-on manufacturing work.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect fabric materials on a lighted table to identify any defects, discolorations, or imperfections
Fold and organize inspected materials according to production specifications
Sort and place fabric pieces into appropriate bins for the sewing team
Maintain a clean, orderly workstation
Follow quality standards and production timelines
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Work Schedule & Breaks:
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
10-minute break at 8:00 AM
Lunch at 10:30 AM
10-minute break at 1:00 PM
Qualifications:
Experience in textiles, fabric inspection, garment manufacturing, or related field preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot imperfections
Reliable, punctual, and able to work at a steady pace
Ability to stand for extended periods
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
Temp-to-hire position – opportunity for long-term employment
